Senior AI Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the architecture and deployment of advanced models. You will tackle complex challenges, optimize algorithms for edge devices or large-scale systems, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and optimize algorithms for real-time applications and edge devices.
• Deploy and maintain robust AI systems in production environments.
• Define best practices for code quality, MLOps, and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++; experience with edge deployment and Triton.
• Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
