Job description:

• introducing AI into the SDLC processes of digital and cloud teams
• implementing knowledge bases and agentic systems
• practical use of agentic AI and tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
• collaboration with the AI Core team on shaping and implementing the AI vision
• supporting teams in adopting new tools and practices

Requirements:

• real, demonstrable experience with AI-augmented SDLC on a large software project in an enterprise environment
• experience with implementing knowledge bases and agentic systems
• knowledge of common AI development tools and concepts
• excellent communication skills, team spirit and the ability to inspire others

Nice to have:

• familiarity with the banking environment and SDLC and AI regulation
