Senior Agentic AI Engineer / AI Orchestrator

Evantis Technology is looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to help a confidential client establish an AI-first software-delivery model.

You’ll design and operate multi-agent coding workflows covering specification, implementation, testing, review and release—while ensuring humans retain control of key technical and production decisions.

We’re looking for experience in:

• Orchestrating multiple coding agents in parallel.
• Claude Code, Codex or comparable coding-agent tooling.
• Shared context, memory, MCP, tooling and agent handovers.
• Human approval gates, evaluations, guardrails, observability and failure recovery.
• Delivering measurable improvements in engineering speed, quality or capacity.
• Helping established engineering teams adopt these working practices.

This isn’t a conventional chatbot, basic RAG or Copilot-only position. We need someone who has applied coding agents to real production software delivery.

The client is language-agnostic; advanced agentic capability and systems thinking are more important than any particular programming language.
