We're partnering with an ambitious, early-stage AI startup operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare. The team is building intelligent agents designed to automate complex workflows, handle unstructured information and deliver practical, real-world value.

They're looking for an AI Engineer who wants to take ownership, move quickly and build production-grade AI systems from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build and deploy production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop LLM-powered applications capable of reasoning, using tools and completing multi-step tasks.
• Build systems that work with complex, unstructured data and automate real-world workflows.
• Experiment with agent architectures, orchestration, evaluation and techniques to improve reliability.
• Work directly with the founding team to translate user needs into practical AI products.
• Take ownership across the development lifecycle, from prototyping to production deployment.

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building real-world applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and shipping LLM-powered products, AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks, tool calling, orchestration and evaluation techniques.
• A product-minded engineer who prioritises reliability, usability and solving meaningful problems.
• Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with significant autonomy.
• Approximately 1–5 years of experience, although exceptional candidates outside this range will be considered.
