Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to translate real-world challenges into scalable AI and data solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build Generative AI and LLM solutions, including RAG, document intelligence, and AI agents.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
• Deploy AI solutions using APIs, Docker, and cloud-native platforms.
• Develop dashboards and analytical products using Power BI.
• Monitor production models and data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and drive solution adoption.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and AI governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or data engineering.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, REST APIs, Docker, and Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face, LangChain, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, consulting, or client-facing technology delivery is preferred.

Reporting to: Principal ML Platform Engineer

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
