Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with a passion for AI innovation. You will build and improve a framework that enables teams to rapidly develop, test, and validate agentic AI solutions in a secure and responsible way.

Working closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams, you will turn business ideas into practical prototypes and help identify which solutions are ready for further development.

Your job

• Develop and maintain a reusable framework for agentic AI applications.
• Build and integrate AI agents, reusable skills, and orchestration workflows.
• Translate business needs into prototypes that can be tested and evaluated.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Improve software quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to turn successful experiments into production-ready solutions.

Your profile

You are a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and exploring new AI technologies. You take ownership, work well across teams, and understand the importance of building reliable and secure applications.

You bring:

• Medior or senior-level software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure and Docker.
• Knowledge of application security and software engineering best practices.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with different stakeholders.

We Offer

• 22.5 vacation days
• Salary up to €6.500 gross per month, based on 36 hours p/wk
