Hiring: Senior AI Engineer (Python + AI)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Language: Arabic (must) with Professional English

Key Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, tool calling, and RAG.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming.
• Implement real-time AI streaming using WebSockets and SSE.
• Design event-driven systems using message brokers and background workers.
• Manage Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, LLM evaluations, and observability.
• Optimize AI systems for reliability, security, latency, and cost.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineering team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building production-grade LLM applications.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, WebSockets, and event-driven architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Arabic (must) and professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
