Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer

Fitclusiv is looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to build next-generation AI products — from initial concept and architecture to full-scale production deployment.

We are looking for a strong AI-native engineer and independent product builder who can take ownership of the entire technical product lifecycle: designing the architecture, rapidly building prototypes, developing the solution, deploying it, and bringing it to a stable production-ready state.

This is not a role where you simply integrate individual AI features into an existing product. You will be building complete AI systems, including AI agents, LLM integrations, RAG, long-term memory, tool calling, Voice AI, automation systems, APIs, databases, and backend infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI products from scratch and bring them to production
• Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows
• Integrate and work with LLM APIs
• Build solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Implement long-term memory and context management for AI applications
• Develop tool calling / function calling capabilities
• Design and integrate APIs and external services
• Build scalable backend services and application architectures
• Work with vector databases and semantic search
• Design and maintain solutions using PostgreSQL and Redis
• Build automation systems and AI-driven workflows
• Develop Realtime AI and Voice AI solutions
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and cloud infrastructure
• Research and implement new AI models, tools, and frameworks
• Actively use AI coding tools and agentic development workflows
• Take ownership of technical decisions, implementation quality, and overall results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python development skills
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar
• Experience building AI agents and agentic systems
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures
• Experience working with vector databases
• Experience implementing tool calling / function calling
• Strong backend development and API design skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience using Docker
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and production deployment
• Experience using modern AI development tools
• Ability to independently design and build complete products

Nice to Have

• Experience with Realtime AI / Voice AI
• Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies
• Experience building multi-agent systems
• Experience designing long-term memory architectures for AI applications
• Experience designing scalable SaaS or AI products
• Experience taking AI products from an early prototype to a production-ready product
