We are seeking an experienced Senior AI -led Software Engineer to lead the transformation of how software is designed and delivered using AI.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals who is passionate about applying AI-assisted development and agentic engineering practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) . You will help establish new ways of working that enable engineering teams to build higher-quality software faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

You will lead the adoption of AI -led software engineering practices across the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through coding, testing, code review, deployment, and production support.

You will evaluate and implement AI coding assistants, developer agents, and agentic workflows that automate and augment engineering activities, including code generation, refactoring, unit and integration testing, documentation, debugging, code review, and CI/CD.

Working closely with software engineering, DevOps, platform, and architecture teams, you will develop reusable AI-enabled engineering patterns, tools, and workflows and integrate them into existing developer platforms and pipelines. You will also measure the impact of AI adoption on developer productivity, software quality, reliability, and delivery speed.

Requirements

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Software Engineer with strong fundamentals in software design, system architecture, testing, APIs, cloud-native development, CI/CD, and production engineering .

You should have practical experience using AI coding tools, LLMs, or AI agents within software engineering workflows , with the ability to move beyond basic coding assistance towards more sophisticated agentic development and automation.

Experience building or integrating AI-powered developer tooling, coding agents, automated testing frameworks, CI/CD automation, or developer platforms will be highly relevant. Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools and protocols such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, MCP, or equivalent technologies would be advantageous.

The successful candidate should combine deep engineering fundamentals with a strong AI-first mindset , understanding not only which tools to use but how AI can fundamentally redesign the way engineering teams build, test, and deliver software.
