About the Role

Scale the next generation of intelligent enterprise solutions. Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Senior AI / ML Engineer to lead the end-to-end design, training, and deployment of production-grade Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Design & Training: Develop and fine-tune scalable AI/ML solutions using deep learning, NLP, and advanced predictive modeling.
• Data & Feature Engineering: Perform complex data analysis, feature extraction, and benchmark model accuracy for real-world viability.
• MLOps & Production Deployment: Build automated pipelines to deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production environments across cloud infrastructures.
• Technical Mentorship: Lead architectural reviews, uphold clean code standards, and mentor junior AI developers.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with software engineering and product teams to embed AI models into live software products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Strong grasp of deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and classical ML algorithms; NLP experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and MLOps best practices.
• Excellent analytical mindset and strong English communication skills.
