Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer - Turkish Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and work on KYC/KYB, identity verification, fraud detection, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) , and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML solutions for KYC/KYB and digital identity verification processes
• Develop solutions for OCR, document recognition, fraud detection, and tampering/manipulation detection for passports, ID cards, and similar documents
• Develop face recognition, face matching, liveness detection, and anti-spoofing solutions
• Develop models to detect fraudulent receipts, invoices, identity documents, and other financial/digital documents
• Develop fraud detection, anomaly detection, risk scoring, and suspicious transaction detection models
• Perform ML-based analysis of transaction behavior, user profiles, and anomalies within AML processes
• Contribute to the development of transaction monitoring and fraud prevention systems
• Develop Machine Learning / Deep Learning models using both structured and unstructured data
• Integrate developed models with existing backend systems and deploy them into production environments
• Monitor and improve model performance and adapt models to emerging fraud scenarios

Requirements

• Strong experience in Python and Machine Learning / Deep Learning
• Proficiency in PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV , and similar AI/ML technologies
• Hands-on experience with classification, anomaly detection, similarity matching, and risk scoring problems
• Experience in Computer Vision, OCR, Face Recognition, and Document AI
• Experience in Fraud Detection, AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/KYB, and Risk Analytics
• Experience working with Hugging Face, Roboflow , or similar AI/model ecosystems
• Familiarity with embeddings and vector search approaches, preferably with technologies such as Milvus, FAISS , or similar
• Experience in dataset preparation, model training, fine-tuning, and model performance evaluation
• Experience integrating AI/ML models with backend systems through APIs and deploying them in production environments
• Strong engineering mindset with the ability to follow current AI/ML developments and rapidly develop PoCs when needed

Nice to Have

• Java knowledge and experience integrating with Java-based applications
• Experience working in finance, fintech, payment systems, or banking
• Experience with graph-based fraud detection or transaction network analysis
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps
• Familiarity with ONNX, TensorRT , or similar model optimization technologies
• Experience working with sensitive and biometric data in compliance with GDPR / data protection regulations
