Senior AI / ML Engineer

About the Role

We're building the AI systems that power enterprise transformation for companies across 40+ countries. As a Senior AI / ML Engineer, you'll design, train, and deploy production-grade models that solve real-world problems at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving
• Fine-tune and deploy large language models for enterprise use cases
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI-powered features
• Conduct model evaluation, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal AI knowledge base
• Stay current with research and translate new techniques into practical solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional ML/AI engineering experience
• Strong Python skills; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an asynchronous, remote-first environment

Nice to Have

• Published research or open-source contributions
• Experience with computer vision or multi-modal models
• Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS environments
