Senior AI Power Electronics Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Industry: Power Supply / Power Electronics / OEM & ODM Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Power Electronics Engineer to develop next-generation intelligent power solutions by integrating power electronics, digital control, data analytics, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in power electronics design, combined with practical experience in intelligent control, data-driven optimization, or AI/ML applications. This role will work closely with hardware, firmware, control, software, and manufacturing teams to transform conventional power products into smarter, more efficient, reliable, and predictive systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of intelligent power electronics solutions for power supplies, adapters, chargers, inverters, and related products.
• Apply AI and machine learning technologies to improve power efficiency, load management, thermal performance, reliability, and system optimization.
• Develop algorithms for load prediction, power consumption forecasting, anomaly detection, fault diagnosis, and predictive maintenance.
• Analyze electrical waveforms, operating data, sensor data, and system behavior to identify opportunities for product optimization.
• Work with hardware engineers to optimize AC/DC, DC/DC, charging, inverter, and power management systems.
• Collaborate with firmware and control engineers to integrate AI algorithms into embedded power systems.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, debugging, and mass-production transfer.
• Develop data-driven methods for detecting abnormal operating conditions and predicting potential product failures.
• Participate in technology research and evaluate new AI, power electronics, and intelligent control technologies.
• Support technical discussions with global customers and cross-functional engineering teams. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.
• Solid knowledge of AC/DC, DC/DC, power conversion, battery charging, inverter, or power management technologies.
• Practical experience with power electronics hardware design, testing, debugging, and validation.
• Familiarity with Python, MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, or similar engineering tools.
• Experience applying AI/ML, data analytics, optimization, or predictive algorithms to engineering applications.
• Understanding of digital power control, embedded systems, sensors, and data acquisition is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with intelligent power systems, BMS, EV/automotive charging, energy storage, data-center power, or industrial power systems.
• Experience in predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or AI-based power optimization.
• Experience in OEM/ODM, EMS, or multinational electronics manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with international customers and overseas engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus, depending on the assigned location.
