Te Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity

NHC Toka Tū Ake (NHC) is well into its AI journey.

We've moved through experimentation and proof of concept, built the governance, tools and capabilities to implement AI safely, and now we’re investing in the people who will turn that groundwork into real value.

Our new fixed term AI roles are about delivery: redesigning processes with AI and automation and building the skills and confidence across our organisation to make the most of these technologies.

The Senior AI Process Analyst will bring a process and service design lens to our AI team, helping us rethink how work could be done rather than simply adding new technology to existing processes.

If you can turn complex ways of working into clear, practical solutions, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll get to put your skills into practice in an organisation nimble enough to move fast and get decisions made.
