Senior AI Solutions Architect (Forward Deployed Engineer)

[Responsibilities]

-Deploy the Concentrix AI agent platform (voice, conversational, and agent-assist agents) into live business scenarios, owning end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support.

-Configure prompts, knowledge bases, intent recognition, dialogue flows, RAG workflows, and agent orchestration frameworks to rapidly address customer-specific business requirements.

-Integrate Concentrix AI solutions with client systems including CCaaS, CRM, ATS, Knowledge Management, and enterprise applications through APIs and middleware platforms.

-Conduct integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production readiness validation.

-Provide on-site and remote support during deployment, acceptance testing, and post-launch optimization activities.

-Gather operational feedback from customers and translate business requirements into scalable product enhancements.

-Present technical recommendations, architecture strategies, and deployment roadmaps to senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, CIOs, and other executive audiences.

-Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, discovery workshops, effort estimation, implementation planning, proposal development, and technical feasibility assessments.

Education

-Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional Experience

-7+ years of experience in solution delivery, solution architecture, implementation consulting, system integration, or technical consulting.

-Proven experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in customer-facing environments.

-Experience leading implementation projects and managing cross-functional delivery teams preferred.

-Experience working directly with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Skills

-Hands-on experience with LLM application development, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent Orchestration, and AI Evaluation frameworks.

-Experience deploying production-grade Generative AI or AI Agent solutions.

-Strong understanding of API integration, cloud architecture, databases, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.

-Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Dify, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar technologies.

-Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments preferred.

Communication & Leadership

-Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

-Experience leading technical workshops, architecture discussions, and executive-level presentations.

-Strong project management skills, including scope management, risk management, delivery planning, and customer expectation management.

-Korean Native + English: Business Level(B2)
