We’re Hiring: Senior AI Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and work on production-grade AI applications, LLM-powered workflows, and modern web applications.

If you have hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, AI evaluation frameworks, and cloud-based applications , we’d love to hear from you.

LLM Application Engineering

• Build production AI applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude) , including structured outputs and tool use
• Design prompts for classification, extraction, comparison, review, and other business workflows
• Build and optimize RAG solutions over internal documents
• Develop hybrid rule engines combining deterministic checks with LLM-based judgment
• Design advisory and human-in-the-loop AI features

Evaluation & Quality

• Build labeled evaluation datasets and ground-truth test sets
• Measure precision/recall for AI flagging tasks and optimize models toward accuracy targets
• Perform shadow-mode validation before transitioning to automated workflows
• Implement regression testing for changes to prompts, rules, and models

Web Application & Cloud Stack

• Develop backend APIs using Python/Flask
• Build frontend applications using React
• Work with AWS services including DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and Lambda
• Implement Okta/OIDC authentication and secure secrets management
• Apply server-side validation and schema-driven forms

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or LLM application development
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Claude
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation
• Strong Python and Flask development skills
• Experience with React and modern web application development
• Good understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-native applications
• Experience with authentication, APIs, and secure application development
• Ability to build reliable AI solutions that can be evaluated, tested, and deployed in production
