Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise agents, copilots and applied AI solutions from approved solution blueprints.
• Implement agent orchestration, tool/API integration, RAG, vector-store and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Build reusable prompts, agent scaffolding, patterns and solution components for the agent factory.
• Develop automated evaluation and regression-testing approaches.
• Integrate agents with CRM, ERP, APIs, databases and core business systems.
• Support deployment guides, model/agent documentation, model cards and agent registry artefacts.
• Optimise solutions post-deployment for quality, productivity, safety and reuse.

Minimum / Preferred Profile

• 5+ years in AI solution design, AI/ML engineering or applied AI, with enterprise delivery experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong software engineering/Python capability and experience with agent frameworks, orchestration and vector stores.
• Hands-on TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and/or comparable AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud AI, MLOps, microservices, APIs and CRM/ERP integration.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation frameworks and reusable GenAI/agentic patterns.
