Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, Generative AI, model deployment, and MLOps, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, generate insights, and solve complex business problems.
• Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, versioning, and retraining strategies.
• Deploy AI/ML models using cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure model scalability, reliability, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design decisions and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :-

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and SciPy.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other AI application domains.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and embedding models.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and model serving.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Education :-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
