Senior AI/Python Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI/Python Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered application development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying scalable AI solutions and working closely with development and product teams to deliver production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML and Generative AI applications using Python.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, and automation workflows.
• Work with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and intelligent search systems.
• Design and develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with databases, third-party APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Develop reliable and production-ready AI services with proper testing and monitoring.
• Deploy AI applications using AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Work with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, Generative AI, and Python technologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows is a plus.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and FastAPI/Flask/Django.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
