As we continue to grow across Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to lead the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Job Scope

• Design, specify, and recommend air-conditioning and refrigeration systems based on project and client requirements.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of refrigeration systems, including transport refrigeration units and cold-chain solutions.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems, including compressors, electrical controls, and refrigeration circuits.
• Lead and supervise service teams in maintenance, breakdown response, and preventive servicing.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior engineers.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC and refrigeration technologies and practices.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

• Hands-on experience in refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, and field service operations.

• Experience in transport refrigeration, cold-chain systems, or mobile cooling units will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Refrigeration cycle and system components
  • Electrical and control systems
  • Fault diagnosis and repair techniques

• Proven ability to lead teams and supervise installation or service work.

• Good understanding of safety standards and industry regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
