Job Title - Senior Amazon Connect Engineer

Experience - 4 - 10 Years

Location - Hyderabad ,Chennai

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements-

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda, along with strong programming knowledge in Python or Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, configure, develop, and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

* Develop and customize contact flows, routing, queues, IVR, and related Amazon Connect components.

* Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and enterprise applications.

* Develop and maintain *AWS Lambda functions for Amazon Connect integrations and automation.

* Develop backend integrations using Python and/or Node.js.

* Troubleshoot Amazon Connect, Lambda, and integration-related issues.

* Work with APIs and third-party applications to integrate contact center solutions.

* Support production deployments, incident resolution, and performance improvements.

* Collaborate with application, cloud, DevOps, and business teams to deliver contact center solutions.

* Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate should have:

* 4 - 8+ years* of overall IT experience.

* Strong hands-on *Amazon Connect* experience.

* Experience working with *AWS Lambda*.

* Strong programming experience in *Python or Node.js*.

* Experience integrating Amazon Connect with enterprise applications.

* Good understanding of APIs and cloud integrations.

* Experience supporting production environments.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Follow cloud security, scalability, reliability, and operational best practices.

* Where applicable, use *Terraform* or Infrastructure-as-Code practices for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
