Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon E-commerce Executive with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Amazon marketplace operations. The candidate must have a complete understanding of product listing, catalog management, listing optimization, keyword research, inventory coordination, pricing, promotions, advertising coordination, account health, and sales performance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's Amazon business independently, from product onboarding and listing creation to ongoing optimization, performance monitoring, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing and Catalog Management

• Create and manage product listings from scratch on Amazon Seller Central.
• Upload product titles, bullet points, descriptions, technical specifications, images, and backend search terms.
• Create and manage SKUs, ASINs, parent-child variations, and product attributes.
• Upload bulk product catalogs using Excel flat files and category-specific templates.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and product specifications.
• Resolve listing errors, duplicate listings, suppressed ASINs, and catalog-related issues.

2. Amazon SEO and Listing Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes.
• Improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings.
• Manage A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, and Brand Store updates, where applicable.
• Coordinate with graphic designers for product images, infographics, and listing creatives.
• Monitor listing quality and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.

3. End-to-End Amazon Seller Central Management

• Independently manage daily operations through Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, listing restrictions, and performance notifications.
• Resolve catalog, brand, category, and product detail page issues.
• Manage seller support cases and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and listing guidelines.

4. Inventory, Pricing, and Order Coordination

• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams.
• Ensure product listings reflect accurate stock availability and pricing.
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding order-related and fulfillment issues.
• Understand FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), as applicable to the company's business model.
• Monitor stranded inventory and other listing or inventory-related alerts.

5. Sales Growth and Performance Analysis

• Track sales, sessions, conversion rates, Buy Box eligibility, and product performance.
• Identify underperforming products and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze competitor pricing, product positioning, and market trends.
• Coordinate promotions, coupons, deals, and other available sales initiatives.
• Work with the advertising team or manage campaigns, depending on the company's requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, listings, and marketplace performance.

6. Reporting and Cross-Functional Coordination

• Maintain product master data and listing trackers.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stock, Dispatch, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure timely launch of new products on Amazon.
• Maintain records of listing changes, catalog issues, and corrective actions.
• Recommend process improvements to increase operational accuracy and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in Amazon marketplace management.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Proven experience in product listing creation, catalog management, and listing optimization.
• Expertise in keyword research, Amazon SEO, bulk uploads, flat files, and catalog troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of FBA/FBM operations, inventory coordination, pricing, and account health.
• Understanding of A+ Content, Brand Store, promotional tools, and Amazon advertising.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to independently manage a large product catalog and resolve operational issues.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Accuracy and completeness of product listings.
• Number of products listed and optimized within defined timelines.
• Reduction in listing errors and suppressed ASINs.
• Improvement in organic visibility and product conversion rates.
• Timely resolution of catalog and account health issues.
• Accuracy of pricing, inventory, and product information.
• Achievement of agreed sales and profitability targets, where applicable.
• Timely submission of performance reports.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing the company's Amazon marketplace end to end with minimal supervision. The candidate should understand the complete product lifecycle on Amazon, from product data collection and listing creation to catalog maintenance, SEO, inventory coordination, account health, and sales performance improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
