Senior Analog Validation Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: Responsible for validation and characterization of mixed-signal and analog semiconductor products. Work closely with design, application, test engineering, product engineering and system teams to ensure products meet performance, quality and reliability requirements. Responsibilities: Develop validation plans and test strategies based on product specifications. Perform silicon validation, characterization and debug for analog and mixed-signal ICs. Design and develop validation hardware including evaluation boards, load boards and test fixtures. Conduct DC, AC, transient, noise, power and performance measurements. Develop automated validation environments using Python, LabVIEW or similar scripting languages. Analyze validation data and generate characterization reports. Debug silicon issues and collaborate with design engineers to identify root causes. Support product qualification and production release activities. Work with IP design and ATE test engineering teams to correlate bench measurements and production testing. Document validation methodologies, test procedures and lessons learned. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a hands-on validation engineer who combines deep analog/mixed-signal circuit knowledge with strong lab and measurement expertise. You should be able to independently own the full validation flow, from test planning and hardware bringup through characterization, debug and root-cause analysis. Proficiency in test automation (Python preferred) and data-driven analysis is essential to correlate bench results with design intent and ATE production testing. Strong collaboration, clear technical documentation and fluent English communication are expected to work effectively across design, test and product engineering teams.
