Position: Senior Analog/RF Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analog/RF Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to lead the design and development of high-performance Analog, RF, and Mixed-Signal circuits for advanced semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Analog, RF, and Mixed-Signal IPs for advanced IC/SoC products.
• Design analog blocks including LDO, BGR, Op-Amps, Comparators, Bias Circuits, Voltage References, and PMIC circuits.
• Design RF blocks including PLL, Fractional-N PLL, VCO, Frequency Synthesizers, Charge Pump, PFD, Frequency Divider, RF Transceivers, RX/TX Front-End, Mixers, and IF circuits.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulation, post-layout verification, and performance optimization.
• Drive silicon bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Analog/RF Mixed-Signal IC Design.
• Strong expertise in Analog IC Design.
• Hands-on experience with RF building blocks such as PLL, VCO, and Frequency Synthesizers.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre.
• Experience in transistor-level design, simulation, and post-layout verification.
• Experience with silicon bring-up and debugging.
• B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, VLSI, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of internship/training experience.
