Where Youll Make a Difference

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of Intrastat, ESL, and VAT compliance activities across EMEA.
• Drive financial accuracy through Tax GL reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Support statutory compliance and strengthen internal controls in line with SOX requirements .
• Partner with Finance, Tax, AP, AR, and VAT teams to improve tax reporting and compliance processes.
• Deliver actionable tax insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• 3-5 years of experience in EMEA Tax Compliance .
• Strong expertise in Intrastat, ESL, and European VAT regulations .
• Hands-on experience with Tax GL reconciliations , BlackLine, and SAP FI.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven experience managing tax compliance across multiple European countries.
• Advanced knowledge of VAT reporting, reconciliations, and audit support .

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
