Senior Analyst - AIML Engineering

Experience: 4-6 years | Computer Vision

Location: Remote / Mangalore (Hybrid, 3 days work from office)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 4–6 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Computer Vision. The ideal candidate will have practical experience developing and optimizing computer vision models and implementing deep learning solutions for image-based applications.

This is a three-month client engagement requiring immediate onboarding. Candidates can work remotely or from Mangalore and must be comfortable with daily stand-up meetings and regular code commits for client review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize Computer Vision models for image-based applications.
• Design and build AI/ML solutions using Computer Vision and Deep Learning techniques.
• Work on image processing, image classification, object detection, and image segmentation.
• Prepare and process datasets for model training, validation, and testing.
• Evaluate model performance and optimize model accuracy and efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Integrate Computer Vision models into existing or new application workflows.
• Maintain daily code commits for client review and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver project milestones within agreed timelines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Practical knowledge of computer vision techniques, image processing, and image-based model development.
• Experience with relevant computer vision libraries such as OpenCV.
• Understanding of deep learning architectures and their application to computer vision problems.
• Experience in model training, evaluation, performance optimization, and deployment.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, dataset preparation, and model validation techniques.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide regular progress updates.
