Role Responsibilities:

• Assists with mystery shopping program to analyze and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supports consumer protection program governance and compliance governance initiatives.
• Conducts regulatory compliance analysis, including consumer complaint reviews related to Regulation E and UDAAP.
• Contributes to meeting team goals with a focus on quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Key components of job performance are quality, productivity, and meeting team goals.
• Oversight of consumer protection weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Coordinate complex internal meetings involving multiple stakeholders and presenters.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, confirm presenter readiness, and ensure successful meeting execution.
• Manage calendars in Microsoft Outlook, scheduling meetings and participants, and resolving meeting attendance conflicts.

Role Requirements

• Experience in compliance, consumer protection programs, or related regulatory functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of relevant systems used for monitoring and reporting.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and managing governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up tracking.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of U.S. consumer protection regulations, including:
• Regulation E (Electronic Fund Transfer Act)
• UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices)
• Dodd-Frank Act
• Understanding of compliance controls, governance frameworks, monitoring programs, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience identifying compliance and operational risks and supporting remediation efforts.
