Job Description

hiring experienced professionals for the position of Senior Analyst Services Support Management with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, particularly Commercial Insurance and Renewals. Candidates with relevant commercial P&C insurance experience will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support commercial Property & Casualty insurance processes, with a focus on renewals.
• Handle insurance-related documentation, policy information, and process activities accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with insureds, insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end insurance process management and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Analyse insurance-related information, identify discrepancies, and resolve process-related issues.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex cases and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable process requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and effective service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Experience in Commercial Insurance and Renewals is highly preferred and should be prioritised.
• Preferred candidates will have 3.5+ years of end-to-end claims management experience, particularly in Motor, Property, or Liability insurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with insureds, insurers, and brokers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational US/UK shifts, depending on business requirements.

Work Detail

• Drive Date: 31 October 2026
• Work Model: Hybrid 1 week Work From Office (WFO) and 3 weeks Work From Home (WFH), subject to business requirements.
• Shift: Rotational US/UK shifts.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 3045 days.
• Compensation: Up to 10.2 LPA, subject to eligibility and compensation guidelines.
• Hike: Maximum 25% on the candidates last fixed CTC.
• Transport: Facility available within a 22 km radius of the office.

Important Screening Criteria

• Prioritise candidates with Commercial P&C Insurance and Renewals experience.
• Candidates with relevant Motor, Property, or Liability insurance claims experience are preferred.
• Healthcare insurance and healthcare claims profiles are not eligible for this requirement.
• Candidates must be comfortable with rotational US/UK shifts and the hybrid work model.
• Compensation must be within the approved CTC and hike limits.
