About The Opportunity

• Join an established private education institution in Singapore as a Senior Analyst in Business Development, supporting strategic partnerships and regional business initiatives.
• Work closely with the team on financial modelling, commercial evaluation and business cases, turning market insights and cross-functional inputs into recommendations for senior management.

Job Responsibilities

• Build financial models and conduct feasibility, scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess revenue, costs, profitability, contribution margins and return on investment.
• Develop business cases, pricing assumptions and partner commercial structures for new partnerships, courses and regional growth opportunities.
• Design operating models covering partner responsibilities, service scope, delivery arrangements and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate university and commercial contract reviews with Legal and internal stakeholders; assess commercial terms, obligations and alignment with financial and operating assumptions.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and portfolio analysis to evaluate sector trends, partnership performance and new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentation decks, management papers and Board materials that translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Support university partnerships and business development initiatives through partner liaison and coordination across Academic, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Recruitment, QA and Legal.
• Track project workstreams, deliverables, contract milestones, dependencies and risks; maintain accurate records and version control, support implementation planning and escalate key issues.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Business; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial analysis, financial modelling, business planning, corporate planning, consulting or business development. Prior Singapore work experience is required; candidates with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered at Specialist level.
• Strong Excel financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case development skills, with the ability to assess revenue, costs, profitability and commercial feasibility.
• Experience coordinating contract reviews, evaluating commercial terms and conducting market research; exposure to higher education, university partnerships or transnational education is an advantage.
• Strong PowerPoint, business writing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams independently and travel for business approximately once per quarter.
