• Provide client service and research professionalism in market research projects with limited supervision from managers and ensure smooth and effective execution of the projects.
• Design entire questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects
• Design questionnaire flow based on similar past projects
• Design complete new project questionnaire/guide based on instruction from manager
• Build error-free report based on report flow
• Write simple research proposal
• Provide more advanced analysis (complex content analysis, simple factor and cluster analysis, etc.)
• Do and interpret statistical tests (for Quantitative Research only)
• Moderate simple focus group for junior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
• Conduct in-depth interviews for senior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
• Do simple quotations
• Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC and ensure project goes on agreed timeframe with high quality
• Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
• Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
• Conduct project briefings to supervisors and interviewers
• Control FLD costs
• Respond to client enquiries promptly in a professional manner
• Communicate to clients on projects clearly and appropriately in English or Mandarin
• Follow billings and collections for projects
• Demonstrate basic ability in people management of Analyst
• Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
• 2-3 year experience in market research or related function in either agency side or client side
• Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
• Excellent in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have good knowledge of overall market research technology and marketing/business
• Be able to think logically and insightfully
• Be able to do advanced analysis and look out from the behind
• Strong client service ability and demonstrate professionalism in market research
• Easy-going, out-going, passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude
• A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners 主要工作职责

• 完成并翻译数据测试（只针对定量研究）
• 协助开展简单的座谈会（只针对定性研究）
• 带领初级分析师完成深度访谈（只针对定性研究）
• 完成简单的报价
• 有效与访问部、数据处理、质量控制部门沟通合作完成研究项目
• 跟进项目并承担项目中所涉及的责任
• 准备清晰准确的访问大纲材料
• 完成良好的监控和面试大纲
• 评估访问成本
• 与同事及客户建立良好而愉悦的信任关系，及时回复他们的问题和任务
• 与公司同事和客户熟练的中英文沟通
• 积极学习新事物，并能有效运用到实际工作当中

• 大学本科或以上学历
• 2-3年市场研究、市场或品牌管理、数据分析经验
• 优秀的中英文书写与口头表达能力
• 熟练的计算机技能（OFFICE办公软件）
• 优秀的人际交流和沟通能力
• 对于市场和市场研究有基础的了解和认识
• 良好的逻辑分析能力和市场洞察能力
• 良好的分析能力及监控能力
• 优秀的客户服务能力和专业的服务态度
