This role suits a candidate with accounting / insolvency experience, who has a keen interest in the property and construction industries.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Appropriate restructuring and advisory experience (+2 years).
• Bachelors Degree in Business / Accounting preferred.
• Previous experience in restructuring, accounting, property or finance roles is favourable.
• Clear written and verbal communications skills.
• Commercial attitude to problem solving, negotiation and timely decisions.
• Motivated and efficient with an ability to take ownership of assigned matters and coordinate multiple work streams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Detailed financial modelling, forecast cashflow and feasibility analysis of a portfolio of properties.
• Identify, analyse and implement strategic and creative options to maximise property realisations and outcomes across a range of distressed property types and locations.
• Coordinating contractors and consultants for property maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate lawyers, sales agents, builders, and other consultants to deliver target outcomes.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Work alongside in-house Delivery Advisory team to mange construction projects.
