- Build and maintain financial models for operating and development properties.
- Create real estate investment models from scratch using advanced Excel.
- Analyse property valuations using DCF, IRR, NPV and other financial metrics.
- Perform scenario, sensitivity and return analysis for real estate investments.
- Collect, clean and analyse market, property and financial data from various sources.
- Prepare and maintain Excel templates, databases and analytical reports.
- Work with global teams and stakeholders across different offices.
- Support commercial real estate transactions, projects and new business opportunities.
- Review models and data to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
- Prepare presentations and deliver insights while meeting tight deadlines.
