Position: Senior Advisor
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Shift: Fixed Shift
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Relevant experience preferred
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Work Mode: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client/customer interactions professionally
  • Manage escalations and provide effective resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned activities
  • Monitor service quality and meet SLA requirements
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports
  • Support process improvement and business requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Relevant experience in customer service, banking, insurance, BPO or operations preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage escalations
