What they need
* Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
* Analyze performance drivers across acquisition, retention, revenue, costs, and customer experience.
Coordinate with relevant teams to validate data and investigate performance gaps.
* Recommend improvement actions and track their progress and impact.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management or business analysis, preferably in telecommunications or home broadband.
* Understanding of FTTH and FWA KPI metrics, including subscriber base, gross adds, churn, ARPU, revenue, and profitability.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power Bl or similar reporting tools.
Able to independently validate data, identify performance gaps, and present clear recommendations.
* Working knowledge of Al tools for data analysis, such as Claude or DeepSeek, is an added advantage.
