What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Experience in Collateral Management / Derivatives Operations / Investment Banking Operations.
- Good understanding of OTC Derivatives and Margin Management.
- Hands-on experience in Margin Calls, Collateral Reconciliation and Dispute Management.
- Knowledge of CSA, ISDA, Initial Margin and Variation Margin.
- Exposure to Cash & Securities Collateral, Repo or Securities Lending will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
