A career as a Senior Analyst Control Testing at National Bank means acting as a specialist to carry out control tests, document procedures and results and define action plans when control performance does not meet expectations. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation through your expertise to help execute our risk control testing strategy across AML, Fraud, Execution, Data and Information, Privacy, Conduct and other non-financial risk domains and improve the Bank's control environment.

The Vice-Presidency – Integrated risk Management is a proactive and collaborative team that helps transform the way the Bank manages risk. Prerequisites

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as risk management, finance, accounting, or business administration, combined with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate experience in control testing, internal audit, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, or risk assurance.
• Possess strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, operational risk management principles, and risk and control assessment processes.
• Have a solid understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, particularly those related to anti-money laundering and financial crime risk management.
• Have experience working within a financial institution or another regulated environment.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, CIA, or CRMA are considered strong assets
