What they need

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Corporate Development to join our Dubai-based team and play a hands-on role in driving TruDoc’s growth through M&A execution, fundraising, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-visibility role that works directly with senior leadership at TruDoc. The ideal candidate brings strong transaction experience from investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-heavy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising (Equity & Debt)

  • Support equity and debt fundraising exercises by preparing investor presentations, teasers, information memorandums, and data room management
  • Support investor outreach and maintain relationships with marquee institutional investors, family offices, and lenders in the GCC and global markets
  • Develop and maintain capitalisation tables, scenario-based funding models, and term sheet analysis
  • Work closely with the CFO and investment team on capital structure optimisation and covenant compliance

M&A & Inorganic Growth

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic acquisitions including target identification, outreach, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-close integration planning
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis) to evaluate potential targets
  • Prepare investment memorandums, IC presentations, and board-level materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors across multiple GCC jurisdictions to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Maintain and manage an active M&A pipeline tracker, prioritising opportunities aligned with TruDoc’s strategic roadmap

Financial Analysis & Due Diligence

  • Perform comprehensive commercial and financial due diligence, including revenue quality, unit economics, and cohort analysis
  • Build integrated three-statement financial models and scenario/sensitivity analysis for targets and portfolio companies
  • Analyse operational KPIs and healthcare-specific metrics to identify value creation levers and flag risks
  • Benchmark targets against industry peers and public comps to inform valuation and negotiation strategy

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Support

  • Support the leadership team in developing TruDoc’s long-term corporate strategy, market entry plans, and competitive positioning
  • Prepare board reports, portfolio performance dashboards, and periodic business reviews
  • Conduct market mapping, competitive landscaping, and white-space analysis across GCC healthcare segments
  • Partner with operational teams to track integration milestones and synergy realisation for completed deals

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development / M&A advisory
  • Demonstrated track record of executing end-to-end transactions (buy-side or sell-side) across one or more deal cycles
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills – proficient in building LBO, DCF, merger models, and integrated financial statements from scratch
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and due diligence workstreams
  • CFA charterholder or candidate (Level II cleared or above) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA / PGP from a top-tier institution is a plus
  • Prior exposure to the healthcare, digital health, or consumer sectors is a distinct advantage
  • Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments, corporate governance norms, and cross-border deal dynamics preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distil complex analysis into clear, senior-management-ready deliverables
  • High degree of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving team

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Front-seat exposure to high-impact, cross-border transactions in one of the fastest-growing healthcare platforms in the GCC
  • Direct interaction with senior leadership and the investment team at TruDoc
  • Opportunity to shape corporate strategy and build a healthcare platform from the ground up
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Dubai-based role with international exposure across GCC and emerging markets
