What will you do ?

• Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Refresh data and documentation for existing clients on an ongoing basis per periodic reviews cycle in Support KYC/AML, facilitating the refresh of Global clients in an efficient, compliant, and client-centric manner.
• Interacting with bankers and relationship managers to obtain required information
• Escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner
• Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to partners and customers. -to-day activities and decisions.

What do we expect from you?

• 1-3 years of experience in KYC/AML roles.
• An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is required
• Compliance knowledge applicable to the Financial Services industry, including relevant professional certification on AML/CFT, e.g., ACAMS Certificate
• English level advanced.
