Senior Analyst Programmer (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Analysis & Design: Work closely with product owners and business users to gather requirements, analyse system needs, and design scalable technical solutions that align with business goals.

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain features across the entire stack, utilizing ReactJS for user interfaces and Go (Golang) for high-performance back-end APIs and services.

• Quality Assurance: Advocate for engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, integration testing.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code review feedback to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring high standards of code quality.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical applications.

• Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in ReactJS including hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and modern ES6+ syntax.

• Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Go (Golang). You should be comfortable with concurrency, interfaces, and building RESTful/gRPC APIs.

• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing containerized workloads.

• Azure: Specific experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) , Azure DevOps, or Azure Functions.

• Microservices: Proven experience designing and maintaining distributed systems and microservices.

• Messaging Queues: Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
