What You'll Do?

• Strategic Analytics: Monitor and analyse key business metrics to uncover growth opportunities. Translate complex datasets into clear, high-impact insights and strategic updates for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Advanced Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated BI dashboards that are both visually compelling and technically robust, ensuring data integrity at every level.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse departmental stakeholders to deliver tailored analytical solutions, ensuring all projects align with business needs, timely delivery and quality outcomes

What You Have?

• Education: A university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in data analytics and strategic planning, ideally within an e-commerce or fast-paced retail environment.
• BI Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Tableau, with a strong track record of building complex calculations, developing scalable data models, and extracting actionable insights.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of SQL and experience with Python to query, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets, with a proven ability to structure and solve complex data problems.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts and complex data into narratives easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-directed, goal-oriented mindset. You naturally take end-to-end ownership of projects, comfortably managing multiple priorities based on business impact and strategic alignment
• Candidates with less experience but strong foundations and high potential will be considered for an Analyst position
