Senior Analyst - Strategy & Operations

SNOW is HighRadius’ internal Strategy & Operations team that works directly with our Founder and other CXOs to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to continually develop and provide inputs to guide and support decision making for leaders. This is a highly visible role that would require you to have strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. This is a highly visible and complex role - the candidate will be the single point of contact for users and Execs across the Consulting department. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• **Business Management -**Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (eg: operating model optimization, margins improvement, budgeting, digital transformation) within the specified timelines (1-6 months)

• Understand the as-is, work with the leaders to define the to-be and provide a path to achieve the to-be

• Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions / initiatives to address them based on data, customer interviews and market research

• **Project Governance -**Develop deep understanding of the assigned projects and proactively identify areas of improvement

• **Analytics -**Use data modeling, analytics to present visual insights and trends to leaders

Requirements:

Education:

• Undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics or Commerce
• MBA is desirable (though not mandatory)

Experience:

• 3-6 years experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms or
• 3-6 years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup
• Prior SaaS experience is a plus
