About The Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to analyze Chinese big data using cutting-edge AI tools and deliver impactful recommendations for clients, primarily in the luxury industry (consumer insights).

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Data Analysis: Analyze Chinese big data from diverse media channels, utilizing our proprietary database and advanced AI technologies to generate actionable insights and deliver value to clients

• Insightful Reporting: Prepare comprehensive English reports that clearly articulate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations, empowering clients to craft effective marketing and PR strategies

• PR and Marketing Insights: Provide strategic PR and marketing insights tailored specifically to luxury clients, helping them enhance their marketing, communication and branding strategies

• Client Engagement: Present insights and recommendations to clients, address inquiries, and foster a deep understanding of the analysis process

• Project Management: Manage projects and clients independently, ensuring timely and precise delivery of services that meet client business needs and uphold the company’s quality standards

• AI Product Development Support: Collaborate with the technical team to refine AI analytics tools by providing market feedback, verifying results generated by AI agents, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)/ Agent Skills for AI-based data analysis

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Communication, Sociology, Psychology or relevant disciplines

• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in market research field, preferably with experience in market research or social listening agencies. Candidates with proven experience in using AI tools for data analysis will be prioritized. Familiarity with the luxury industry is a strong advantage

• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to interpret media language and highlight key insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential

• Client Management: Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills, capable of effectively handling challenging client interactions to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury industry and its unique PR/marketing needs is highly desirable.

• AI Enthusiasm: Open-minded and eager to embrace the use of new AI technologies and tools to drive innovation, efficiency, and better client outcomes

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.

• Teamwork & Accountability: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment under tight deadlines.
