Senior Analytics Engineer - Data Modeling & Visualization

• Experience: 5+ years in data engineering or a similar role, with a track record of delivering business impact
• Expertise: skilled in coding, data modeling and design, and aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Collaboration: a natural mentor and communicator who fosters teamwork and inspires those around them
• Mindset: a proactive, autonomous professional. Working in a small team can mean juggling with roles of Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Developer, etc
• Tools & tech: experience with SQL, BigQuery, Google Cloud, ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Talend, Apache NiFi), and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)

What the job involves

• We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our newly formed team. With access to vast data—thousands of catalogs, millions of products, and billions of entries scraped from countless e-commerce websites—you’ll play a pivotal role in unlocking its full potential and driving impactful value for European e-commerce leaders
• You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders, taking ownership of impactful projects that drive business growth and shape our data strategy
• Be an expert in our data models, tools, and 4 flagship products
• Drive the technical evolution of our data transformation
• Lead key technical projects in our data roadmap, such as product analytics initiatives, data model reviews and frameworks to managed data products for clients efficiently
• Build internal insights tools for employees (dashboards, reports)
• Continuously document progress, solutions, and best practices
