Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the data foundation behind go-to-market reporting and decision-making, with a focus on scalable analytics assets that support sales, revenue, and operational visibility.

You will partner closely with GTM analysts, sales operations, finance, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enable faster, more reliable insights.

The position combines hands-on data engineering, semantic modeling, and dashboard development with an emphasis on building AI-ready analytics experiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $156,000 – $205,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive the GTM data roadmap to create scalable data products
• Build and maintain data pipelines and marts for GTM metrics
• Create insightful dashboards to deliver performance insights
• Collaborate with GTM analysts on datasets and tools
• Document processes and create tutorials
• Handle full-stack analytics from reports to pipeline architecture
• Develop semantic models for AI-assisted querying

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data analytics
• Deep expertise in data modeling and warehouse design
• Expert-level SQL skills; experience with Snowflake and BigQuery
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model and GTM systems
• Familiarity with DBT and GIT
• Experience with business intelligence tools; Hex is a bonus
• Experience collaborating with sales operations and finance teams
• Proven experience using AI tooling for data
