What they need

Ukraine2EU is looking for a Senior Analytics Manager for European Component

Ukraine2EU is launching an Intelligence Hub — an ambitious initiative designed to consolidate and analyse public perceptions of Ukraine’s EU accession both domestically and across the EU. This Hub will support Ukrainian institutions and decision makers with evidence and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, policy, and communication. We are now looking for a dedicated manager/analyst to lead the European analytics component of the Hub.

About the role

The Senior Analytics Manager for European Component will be responsible for coordinating the Hub’s analytical work across all 27 EU Member States. You will oversee and engage with media monitoring, public opinion, political attitudes toward Ukraine’s EU accession. You will and ensure that findings are translated into actionable recommendations for ministries, embassies, donors, civil society, and media.

Why this matters

For Ukraine to join the EU, all Member States must agree. Understanding and influencing narratives across Europe is therefore essential. By leading the European dimension of the Hub, you will provide the evidence and insights needed to support Ukraine’s external communication and advocacy efforts.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Ukrainian candidate who:

  • Has strong analytical skills and experience in comparative political analysis across EU Member States.
  • Understands EU institutions, enlargement processes, and national political contexts.
  • Has experience in media monitoring and narrative analysis, including identifying risks and disinformation.
  • Can develop concise, evidence-based notes and strategic messaging.
  • Is adept at engaging with ministries, embassies, donors, and international partners.
  • Is fluent in Ukrainian and English; knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset.
  • Holds at least a master’s degree in international relations, political science, European studies, strategic communication, or a comparable field.
  • Is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other modern digital tools for data analysis and visualisation, media and social media monitoring, and the preparation of analytical materials.

Location

  • Kyiv, Ukraine (hybrid working arrangements may be available).

What we offer

·       Contract type | Service contract for 12 months with extension possibility until the end of the Programme.

How to apply

Please send your CV and a short cover letter (maximum 2 pages) outlining your suitability for the role no later than 25 September 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
