Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer who can independently own multiple production Android applications, make architectural decisions, ensure code quality and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Own application architecture, features, releases and crash management.
• Integrate REST APIs, offline caching, background sync and push notifications.
• Write unit and UI tests.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Optimise app performance, memory, battery usage and startup time.
• Implement Android application security measures.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical interviews.

Required Skills

• Strong Kotlin and Android development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow.
• Experience with MVVM/MVI and dependency injection.
• Knowledge of Retrofit/OkHttp, Room, WorkManager and Firebase.
• Strong Git and CI/CD knowledge.
• Experience with Android debugging and performance tools.
• Portfolio of production/Play Store applications.

Preferred

• Payment gateway or UPI integration.
• Kotlin Multiplatform or C++/NDK.
• In-app purchases, subscriptions or ad SDKs.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
