Scope of the role:

• Designing and building a mobile application for a TMS class system (Transportation Management System) - a solution built from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose
• Co-creating a new mobile team set up specifically for this project - real influence on the application architecture, working standards and technical decisions from day one
• Integrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems, and using LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development process (SDLC)

What you need to join us:

Must have:

• 5+ years of commercial exp. with Android development along with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Expert knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of Android and device configurations
• Experience with Jetpack libraries, Android Architecture components and the MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and agentic development, including workflows that support the SDLC process
• English B2+, Polish C1+ or native
• Eligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Jetpack Compose and Coroutines
• Google's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices and interface guidelines
• Pptimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin
• Firebase configuration
• Experience working with API interfaces to integrate data and functionality in mobile applications
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
