Role Overview

We are seeking a senior animation tools engineer to address issues and implement improvements within existing animation and VFX authoring tools. This role is foundational to content creation and involves navigating complex systems to solve technical problems independently. The position will focus on enhancing animation sequencing, playback, blending, VFX controls, and editor performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of issues within animation and VFX authoring tools.
• Implement stable fixes and improvements to the toolset.
• Ensure changes do not introduce regressions into the system.
• Address areas such as animation sequencing, playback, and blending.
• Improve VFX controls and editor performance.
• Maintain consistency between editor previews and in-game behavior.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical issues.
