The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At NIKE, Inc. it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

This position is offered as a 2-years fixed-term contract.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role sits within Global Apparel PCC and partners closely with Design, Product Management, Materials and Color Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing Partners, Quality, Operations and print vendors. The Senior AOP Print Developer serves as a print-development subject matter expert and helps strengthen scalable, consistent execution across the supplier base.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

NIKE is looking for a technically accomplished, creative and collaborative Senior AOP Print Developer who can lead complex all-over-print development from concept through commercialization. This person understands how to translate creative intent into manufacturable, cost-effective and aesthetically accurate executions across materials, print methods and supplier capabilities. The successful candidate applies independent problem-solving, manages multiple seasonal priorities and communicates risks and recommendations clearly to cross-functional and vendor partners. They bring strong knowledge of print quality, color, durability, registration, hand feel and production scalability, together with a continuous-improvement mindset and enthusiasm for digital workflows, analytics and responsible AI-enabled innovation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion, Apparel, Graphic Design, Print Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • 5+ years of relevant apparel print development, textile development, graphic execution or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of screen print, sublimation, digital print, rotary print, heat transfer, engineered prints and specialty print techniques.
  • Experience working with apparel manufacturing partners and print suppliers, including strike-off review, testing, approvals and production scale-up.
  • Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Excel, Tableau or similar digital analytics tools.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will lead end-to-end AOP development across seasonal apparel product creation, translating artwork and creative intent into scalable, commercially viable print solutions. You will manage technical risk, approvals, supplier capability and Buy Ready delivery through strong partnerships, data and digital tools.

  • Lead AOP print development from concept through commercialization, aligning print execution with seasonal creative direction, performance, sustainability, cost, MOQ and calendar targets.
  • Partner with Design, Product Management, PCC, Sourcing, Color Development, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Partners and print vendors to resolve issues and maintain development momentum.
  • Provide technical consultation on artwork adaptation, repeat engineering, print placement, technique selection, material compatibility, color achievability and production scalability.
  • Review strike-offs, print submissions, testing results and approval recommendations; identify and mitigate risks related to color, registration, durability, hand feel, wash performance and quality.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, highlight gaps and support capability-improvement plans, standardization, best practices and successful scale-up into production.
  • Maintain accurate development packages, approval trackers and stakeholder reporting; use dashboards and analytics to monitor performance, bottlenecks and Buy Ready progress.
  • Drive digitalization of print workflows, approval management and print libraries, explore responsible AI applications, and mentor teammates as a print-development subject matter expert.
