We are looking for an experienced Senior API & Integration Transformation Lead to support a major enterprise integration transformation. You will play a key role in moving from a traditional ESB architecture toward a modern, cloud-native iPaaS model , while helping establish an API-first way of working across the organization.

• You have 5+ years of experience in system integration, technical product management, developer relations, or a similar technical role.
• You have a deep understanding of legacy ESB architectures such as MuleSoft ESB, TIBCO, or IBM MQ, as well as modern iPaaS platforms such as Tyk, Boomi, MuleSoft Anypoint, or Apache Camel.
• You have strong knowledge of REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OAuth2, OIDC, API security, and API management/gateway patterns .
• You understand how modern integration platforms, APIs, and self-service models can improve engineering productivity and delivery speed.
• You have experience guiding technical teams through technology transformations, cultural change, agile adoption, or new operating models .
• You are an excellent communicator who can explain complex integration concepts to business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field , or bring equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a senior or influential role within an ESB-to-iPaaS transformation program .
• Integration experience within the telecommunications industry .
• Hands-on development experience with TIBCO or Oracle Fusion .
• Experience with Quarkus and/or Spring Boot .
• Hands-on exposure to AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, and GitHub .

This is your role

As a Senior API & Integration Transformation Lead, you will act as the strategic bridge between business-facing IT delivery squads and technical integration platform teams . Your mission will be to champion a new way of working where APIs are treated as strategic products, integration becomes increasingly self-service, and delivery friction is reduced across the organization.

You will:

• Drive the ESB-to-iPaaS transformation , helping teams transition toward a modern, self-service integration model.
• Act as the key bridge between IT delivery squads and technical platform teams , aligning business needs with integration capabilities.
• Champion an API-as-a-Product mindset , helping product owners and engineering teams design reusable and discoverable APIs.
• Drive adoption of new integration practices through the Community of Practice (CoP) and strengthen the value it provides across teams.
• Support the evolution of the internal API marketplace and developer portal , ensuring documentation, SDKs, onboarding materials, and guidelines provide a strong developer experience.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops and create enablement materials to upskill teams on iPaaS tooling and automated CI/CD integration pipelines.
• Act as the voice of the developer , gathering feedback and identifying real-world delivery pain points.
• Use this feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities, architecture standards, and governance policies .
• Help create an integration ecosystem that enables greater reuse, self-service, faster delivery, and scalable digital transformation across the enterprise.
